Do you or someone that you love suffer from arthritis?  If so, the pain and discomfort that is commonly associated with arthritis may be too much to handle.  When it is, there are many arthritis sufferers who turn to over-the-counter medications to seek relief.  Yes, these over-the-counter medications will work in most cases, but did you also know that there are natural and safe ways to manage and treat arthritis?  There are and a few of these natural remedies are highlighted below.

The consumption of raw juices is an effective and natural remedy for arthritis.  Two specific types that come highly rated and recommended are green juices, as well as potato juice.  In fact, potato juice has been used to treat the pain and discomfort commonly associated with arthritis for years on end.  For potato juice, cut a potato into thin slices.  When doing so, leave the skin intact.  Place the potato slices in a glass of cold water and leave sitting for a few hours, overnight is best.  Then drink.

The consumption of Omega 3 Fatty Acids are another natural way to treat many of the symptoms of arthritis.  Omega 3 Fatty Acids are found in most fish.  Those who do not like eating fish are encouraged to examine Omega 3 Fatty Acid supplements, which are available for sale at most drug stores and health stores.  This natural remedy can provide relief from all forms of arthritis; however, those with rheumatoid arthritis see and feel the best results.

Warm olive oil massaged over the area is another easy and natural way to relieve the pain and discomfort associated with arthritis.  What is nice about this approach is that most individuals already have olive oil in their homes.  When using warm olive oil, be sure to let cool a little, as olive oil that is too hot can result in painful skin burns.  In addition to plain olive oil, sage, rosemary, or garlic can be diluted with olive oil, with about ten more parts of olive oil.  When applied to the impacted area, relief should be felt immediately.

Baths are another natural way to treat the pain and discomfort often associated with arthritis.  When using baths to seek relief, warm baths are advised.  In fact, cold bathes can result in increased pain, which is not the goal.  In addition to a traditional warm bath, many of those suffering from arthritis recommend adding about three or four tablespoons of Epson salt to the bathwater.  Those diagnosed with arthritis should remain in a warm bath for at least thirty minutes.

Small amounts of exercise is another natural way to relieve the pain and discomfort commonly associated with arthritis.  The only problem is that those suffering from arthritis must proceed with caution where exercise is concerned.  Moving around, whether it be through walking or squeezing a stress ball, can help, but it also important not to over do it.  Those who overexert themselves are likely to experience even more pain and discomfort.

As you can see, there are a number of natural remedies and home remedies that can be used to seek relief from arthritis.  If you are not suffering from arthritis, but if you know someone who is, you may want to pass these easy and natural remedies to that person.  Unfortunately, many individuals are unaware of natural remedies and their many benefits.

Natural Remedies for Acne

Acne is a skin condition that millions of individuals deal with, sometimes on a daily basis.  Although acne is not a life threatening condition, it can cause great stress.  Acne, especially when constantly touched or picked at, can also lead to scaring or even an infection.  For that reason, those suffering from acne often look for different ways to seek relief.

When it comes to seeking relief from acne, there are a large number of over-the-counter products that claim to provide relief.  In addition to simply just appearing on store shelves, a large number of over-the-counter acne medications are also appearing on our television screens and with famous celebrities standing behind the products.  Of course, if you are suffering from acne you can give these over-the-counter products a try, but it is also important to know that you do have a number of different options.  These options involve the use of natural remedies and home remedies, which are a safer way to treat acne, as they do not rely on the use of potentially harmful chemicals.

There are a number of natural remedies for acne that rely on the use of food.  One of those remedies is that of lettuce.  Saturating lettuce in water for about an hours worth of time will result in a special mixture.  This mixture should then be applied to the skin, acting as a rinse.  This approach is a nice and easy way to get rid of unwanted acne.

Fresh lime juice and milk are another natural remedy for getting rid of acne that comes highly rated and recommended.  Boil a half of glass of milk.  Once that milk has cooled, add in about the same amount of lime juice.  You can then use a cloth to apply the mixture onto your acne infected area.  As an important reminder, wait until the boiled milk has cooled to an ideal level to promote comfort and prevent burns.

For a small area, ripe tomatoes can be used.  For this home remedy, cut a ripe tomato in half and place the inside, wet portion of the tomato on the pimple or pimples.  Leave it on for about an hours worth of time and then wash off.  A similar approach to this natural remedy and one that still comes highly rated and recommended involves the use of tomato paste.

As previously stated, those suffering from severe acne put themselves at risk for developing an infection or scaring.  Those who are known to touch or pick at their pimples are first advised to stop.  That is the best way to keep your skin healthy.  With that being said, Aloe Vera can also provide relief.  When applied to the affected area, Aloe Vera can help to promote healthy healing on the skin.

As outlined above, there are a number of different natural remedies and home remedies for those suffering from acne, like you.  As for why these natural remedies are advised, there are a number of different reasons.  If you have ever tried over-the-counter skincare products before, you likely already know that they can be costly.  Imagine that cost added up over time.  It is also important to note that many over-the-counter acne treatment products have poor reviews.  In fact, did you know that some products actually cause users more problems with rashes and acne than before?  That is why many are now starting to rely on natural remedies instead, as they are affordable, easy to implement, and safe.

Natural Ways To Relieve A Headache

By pinky, 22 June, 2010, No Comment

If your life is plagued with frequent headaches, you might be getting tired of having to pop pills to try to take away the pain. You might be wishing for some natural ways to relieve a headache. Do such things exist? Can you get rid of your headache naturally? People all over the world for many years have been doing it and you can as well.

Hot/Cold Therapy

It works differently for different people. For many, finding a nice hot pack and putting it on the area of the head or neck that is feeling the most pain. If you haven’t found that to work, you may want to try cold. Something that you may also want to try is immersing your hands and wrists in either hot or cold water. This has been described by some people to almost draw the pain away from the head. Don’t try to go from hot to cold very quickly, though, as this could end up making your headache worse. For this headache try hot. If it doesn’t work, then try cold the next time.

Acupressure
Find pressure points on the inside of the eyebrows above the nose and press hard. Find pressure points on your temples and gently massage. There are several points throughout your body that massaging or applying pressure to can bring about relief of a headache. There are some on your hands, feet, arm right around the elbow, and at the base of the skull as well as others that can help. Many of these places can be accessed by yourself. Try to find these points and get some relief.

Aromatherapy
This is something that you have to be careful of. Some headaches can be made worse by being exposed to certain scents. If you are going to try to use essential oils, try to get the purer and higher quality ones as these will help the most. Peppermint and eucalyptus oils work very well alone or in conjunction with each other. Some find sandalwood or lavender to help. You probably don’t want to put these on your skin unless they are specifically designed to be put there, but you can find relief by putting it on a hot or cold wet rag and placing it near the pain.

Exercise
Not only can frequent exercise cut down on the frequency of headaches, but doing a little light exercise while having a headache can help reduce some of the tension and release endorphins which are painkillers made by your body.

Eating Right
While you should find a diet that will help you be healthier, making the right food choices can sometimes help you avoid a headache or shorten one. There are some foods that have been known to trigger headaches. Some headache triggers are alcohol, cheese, processed foods and certain preservatives. There are also those foods that can help alleviate the pain, such as spinach, cayenne pepper, ginger, and peppermint.

Don’t feel that you have to resort to taking headache medicine every time that you have a headache. Constantly putting in those chemicals can do serious damage to your body over time and can in some cases decrease your body’s own ability to fight pain. Give your body a break and try to find natural ways to relieve a headache.

Are There Herbs That Relieve Kidney Stones?

By pinky, 21 June, 2010, 1 Comment

Kidney stones are caused by a buildup of calcium and can inhibit the ability to urinate, and they are extremely painful.  They can be caused by dehydration, infections, and disease. Stones take time to form, even though at first you won’t even know they are there.  They form when your body is unable to clear urinary waste out completely.  This waste can form solid blockages which, if left unchecked, will cause kidney stones and severe pain.   Sometimes kidney stones appear in patients that aren’t considered at risk for them.  The good news is that there are herbs that relieve kidney stones.

If you are experiencing pain in your groin, lower stomach or back accompanied by vomiting and dark orange or reddish urine,or if you experience pain while urinating, it’s likely you have a kidney stone.  Once the kidney stone is formed it’s very important to get rid of it as soon as possible, not just for pain relief but also because the stone can cause serious damage to your kidneys.

In order to help prevent the formation of the kidney stones in the first place, one thing you can do is to make sure you drink plenty of water every single day.  Proper hydration will keep your kidneys flushed out which might help prevent the formation of stones.

There are some herbs that act as diuretics and help increase urine flow: dandelion, juniper berry, fennel, meadowsweet, cornsilk, horsetail, goldenrod, and sassafras.

If you have kidney stones already there are some herbal remedies that may be able to help relieve them:

1. Hydrangea

Helps to dissolve the stones and allow you to urinate more easily.  It can help relieve some of the pain in the stomach, back and groin associated with having kidney stones.  A possible side effect could be loose stool or diarrhea, of course every one is different and your results could vary.

2. Catnip

Helps unblock the urine and allow it to flow more freely. Can cause gas and/or cramping

3.  Cleavers

This is a great remedy for many types of bladder and kidney related health issues.  It can help relieve the problem of being unable to urinate due to blockage and can help the liver and remove stones in the bladder as well as the kidney.  This herb can be used in tea.  Just add three to four ounces of dried Cleavers to one quart of water.  Drink this tea daily to gain the maximum benefit. This will help prevent kidney stones or help dissolve existing stones.

The bad news is that kidney stones are painful and can make it difficult to urinate, not to mention the fact that kidney stones can cause serious damage to your kidneys.   The good news is that they can sometimes be prevented naturally by using various herbs. If you already have them  there are herbs that can relieve kidney stones.  Find out all you can to  take care of yourself and continue to educate yourself on all your health needs.

Give Your Body A Break With Natural Arthritis Pain Relief

By pinky, 20 June, 2010, No Comment

In treating your arthritis, there are many treatment methods that can bring relief, but not quite enough. There are some ingredients provided by nature that can help bring about some added relief. Natural arthritis pain relief can bring about that added help to give your body a break from the pain. Ginger, capsaicin, garlic, ginkgo biloba, willow bark, bromelain, Epsom salt, and exercise are just a few of the ways that you can get that natural arthritis pain relief.

Please note that this is not meant to be taken as medical advice, but to provide you with information about things that can aid in your treatment plan for arthritis and bring about additional relief.

Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and can be found in raw form, in capsules, powder, tea, and on cooked food. In all these forms the benefits can be found. You may need to be careful to monitor the amount you use as there can be side-effects in higher dosages.

Capsaicin is a pain reliever that is found in red peppers or cayenne peppers. Taken internally it can help blood flow, but applied topically it can act as a pain reducer that is where most of the benefit comes. You might be sensitive so use sparingly at first. The capsaicin cream will stimulate endorphins which brings about a feeling of relief.

Garlic will help the circulation of blood which transports oxygen throughout the body, especially to the hurting area helping it repair itself. It will also help take away deposits from the affected areas. Garlic can be eaten raw, cooked, or taken in pill form.

Ginkgo biloba does much of the same thing that garlic does. It improves circulation and helps strengthen blood vessels.

Willow bark acts as a natural pain reliever and is, in fact, the original aspirin. Bromelain is found in pineapple and helps prevent inflammation. It is mainly used for osteoarthritis.

Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) in a hot bath is able to help many aches and pains. Magnesium has anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic properties that can be absorbed through the skin. Put two cups of Epsom salt in the bathtub full of water as hot as you can stand. Soak in it for a half hour and keep adding hot water to keep the temperature up. If you have heart or kidney disease you may want to ask your physician about using Epsom Salt. Be careful to not use too much Epsom Salt as too much magnesium can cause nausea, diarrhea, muscle weakness, cramps, and heart abnormalities.

Exercise is another natural arthritis pain relief method. Strength training helps support muscle strength and joint strength. Both of these will help alleviate some of the pain from arthritis. Doing range of motion exercises will help restore flexibility and reduce stiffness. Aerobic exercise such as walking will allow oxygen to flow through the body and improve circulation. Exercise can also help reduce your weight which will play a large part in reducing the amount of pain you feel. Extra weight that you carry around puts added stress on your joints.

Using these natural arthritis pain relief ideas alone may not on their own bring the relief you desire. As part of a larger treatment and pain management plan, they may bring added relief enough to give your body a break from arthritic pain.

Tea: Origins, Flavors and Health Benefits

Camellia sinensis plant, with cross-section of...

How many times do we just want to drink tea after a heavy meal, but are then bombarded with all the various tea flavours that we get lost. This article answers that need.

What you should always remember is that there are only four types of tea.
1) Black tea
2) Green tea
3) White tea
4) Oolong tea

All these are made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis, also known as the tea plant. Other herbal infusions such as chamomile tea, ginger tea or red tea made of rooibos leaves are disqualified as types of tea since the tea plant is not involved in their making. The difference between the four tea variations lies in the process of making them. In addition, each type of tea has another flavor and various health benefits.

1) Black Tea
The strong flavored burnt Sienna colored hot beverage is the most popular type of tea in the West. Either served with a squeeze of lemon or added milk and a cube of sugar, the cup of black tea is part of daily tea ceremonies that take place worldwide. Black tea is made of heavily oxidized Camellia sinensis leaves. When served plain, it contains no calories, carbohydrates, or fats. A cup of black tea contains more caffeine than any other types of tea but less than in any cup of coffee.

2) Green Tea
The lightly oxidized tea has been popular in China, Japan and Korea for centuries. Recently, rumors on its health benefits increased its popularity in the West as well. It has been proven that drinking green tea can lower cholesterol, prevent cancer, increase metabolic rates and be helpful in variety of other conditions and illnesses. The green tea is lightly oxidized, dried, but not fermented. It is usually served plain, without sugar or milk. Since some of the green tea variants taste a bit bitter, it should be brewed in lower temperature than the boiling point.

3) White Tea
White tea is rarer and more expensive than the other types of teas mentioned above. Originated in the Fujian province of china, the white tea is made of young Camellia sinensis leaves, which go through a long process of steaming or frying, inactivate fermenting and drying. Since the leaves are harvested while the buds are still covered by white hair, it is called white tea. White tea has the most delicate, sweet taste than the other types of tea. Moreover, it contains the smallest amount of caffeine and the largest amount of antioxidant that help prevent cancer.

4) Oolong Tea
The traditional Chinese tea is the common companion of Chinese foods such as dim sum and chop suey in American Chinese restaurants. The oolong tea, black dragon in Chinese, got its name after its long, dark distinguished leaves that look like wild black dragons when brewed. The unique taste of the oolong tea is achieved by a long process that includes sun drying of the Camellia sinensis leaves, light oxidization, cooling and drying processes. The result is a lighter flavor than the popular black tea and stronger than the delicate green tea.

Nutraceutical Industry and Sports Nutrition

By pinky, 2 June, 2010, 2 Comments

The role of food in total health care is not something new to mankind. The use of food to maintain man’s health is as natural as day and night. More than 2,000 years ago, Hippocrates, considered as the father of medicine, said, “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.” It is this principle that eventually led to the explosion of the nutraceutical industry.

The nutraceutical industry is concerned with nutraceuticals, that is, “ food or part of a food that offers medical and/or health benefits including prevention or treatment of disease.”

All therapeutic areas such as anti arthritic, cold and cough, pain killers, digestion, sleeping disorders, blood pressure, cholesterol, prevention of certain cancers, osteoporosis, depression and diabetes are covered by nutraceuticals.

Products range from herbal dietary supplements, actual food components in dosage form such as capsules or tablets to beverages fortified with vitamins and genetically engineered designer foods, functional foods, processed foods such as cereal, soup and beverages.

Functional foods, the most popular term among consumers are modifieds food or food ingredients that may provide a health benefit beyond the traditional nutrients it contains.

Nutraceuticals is widely popular in the US, Canada, Japan, and Europe and has garnered $80 billion dollars in revenues. The demand for nutraceuticals has been growing worldwide due to consumer awareness of the links of diet and disease, aging population, rising health care cost and innovations in food technology and nutrition.

Sports and Food

In the last decade, sports and fitness nutrition has emerged as one large distinct category in the nutraceutical industry. Three main products contributed to the market’s dramatic 2004 growth:

•    low carbohydrate products – which grew by as much as 154%

•    sports energy beverages – which grew by 18%;

•    sports supplements – which grew by 6%.

Now, the $2 billion-worth sports nutrition industry has moved away from the plain-tasting protein powders into a bigger pool of choices for customers. Available in almost any drug stores or supermarkets are energy bars, meal replacement products, protein powders, individual items (e.g., creatine, L-carnitine), amino acids, herbs, prohormones (hormone precursors); vitamins; minerals; and combination products. Because of this the sports nutrition nutraceutical industry is considered a ‘niche’ market and an offshoot of the mainstream food industry.

Competition factors for the Sports Nutrition Market Product/brand differentiationBecause of greater saturation and competition in the marketplace sports nutrition products look alike and sound the same. Maintaining a brand that stands apart from the rest is difficult but a thing to strive for. Research-substantiated claims.Consumers’ ability to make intelligent choices should never be underestimated. People place more faith endorsements by university professors and doctors and claims backed by independent research than by endorsements by celebrities.

Core products and strategies

A good strategy now is to focus development of core products or integrating with large food and pharmaceutical concerns (e.g., Powerbar, BalanceBar).

E-commerce

For small companies that cannot or will not rely on strong distribution relationships, e-commerce is an increasingly attractive option.

Basis for marketing strategy

The factors for competition stated above have been gleaned from researches of what consumers are willing to pay for. Overall, customers want:

Something New

Retailers and consumers clamor for “new,” whether it means new forms of delivery (gels, effervescent tablets, functional beverages), new applications of or combinations with existing products, or all-natural sports nutrition products that are free of artificial ingredients and solvents.

Excellent Tasting All-natural products

Consumers are also looking for products that taste good and are easy to take. Taste is a major feature that can either make or break a product. The hunt is on for manufacturers to come up with better and new flavors.

High quality and safe products

Regulatory agencies exist to protect the consumers. It is the responsibility of product manufacturers to undertake sound research and prove the efficacy and safety of their nutraceutical products. Products that are based on false or misleading marketing should be and are banned and condemned.

Through product sales and advances in research and development, the Sports Nutrition Nutraceutical Industry is now validating what was proven, early on, by the fitness and nutrition pioneers — sports nutrition products provide easier access to a healthier way of performing and living.

Natural Remedy for Anxiety

By pinky, 27 May, 2010, 2 Comments

Years ago, my daughter who was in high school at the time, was experiencing frequent bouts of anxiety. We made numerous trips to the doctors office, hoping to find a way to reduce her anxiety, which was contributing to insomnia. We were given the usual advice that she should talk to someone she trusts about her worries and fears, or she can take anti-depressants. We knew her problem wasn’t that she needed someone to talk to, and of course, anti-depressants were out of the question. Anxiety and depression ran in her dad’s side of the familty. Keeping this in mind, we went to our local health food store to see if any natural supplements were available. That’s when we were told about GABA.

What Is GABA?

Gamma-AminoButyric Acid, otherwise known as GABA, is an important chemical within the human brain. It’s an inhibitory neurotransmitter, and serves the brain by regulating the firing of neurons. Research has shown that an individual deficient in GABA is likely to be prone to anxiety, stress, depression and nervousness. Further, research on people suffering from these kind of disorders was conducted by using GABA supplement. The result showed that GABA helps in releasing stress, allows the mind and body to relax and induces sleep. Without gamma-aminobutyric acid, your muscles would be constantly tense, your mind would never stop racing, and your overall ability to function would be severely impaired. GABA supplements can increase this valuable resource in your body.

The sensation that gamma-aminobutyric acid gives is unique, unlike any other commercially available natural supplement or drug. The descriptions vary from individual to individual, but the overall consensus is that there is something very special about natural GABA supplements. My daughter saw results within an hour. Her anxiety went away, as well as the insomnia. Although she no longer takes GABA, but we keep a bottle handy, just in case. I’ve tried it myself when I felt overly stressed out and it has helped in eliminating that “racing mind” feeling.

GABA is known to

* Increase in the level of Human Growth Hormones (HGH)
* Induces relaxation and sleep
* Reduces muscle tension
* Reduces stress, anxiety and depression
* Promotes well being

Prescription anti depressants can be a temporary relief along with side effects. It is always better to use a natural supplement. GABA does not have any side effects as such and is a great way of maintaining a healthy mind and body. It is not addictive and is also a great help for blood pressure, weight loss, ADHD and nervousness.

Lowering Cholesterol Levels the Natural Way

By pinky, 25 May, 2010, 1 Comment

Studies have shown that the number of people who are obese or overweight has gone up through the years. This is attributed to the type of food being served in schools and fast food joints as well the lack of physical activity as the person grows older.

The problem goes farther because this means that many more Americans will suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease and strokes in the future. The good news is that this can be prevented before it is too late.

The natural way to lower the cholesterol will be by making some lifestyle changes and exercising regularly. This will help the individual lose weight, which is directly related to the cholesterol levels in the human body.

When people think of dieting, many think this means saying goodbye to some of life’s more juicer foods but it is not. You just have to limit unhealthy foods and add new things that are healthier.

More often, this will require eating foods that are high in fiber and low in saturated fats. A few examples of these are artichokes, corn, fish, garlic, legumes, mushrooms, nut, olive oil, soy milk and whole grains.

You should not forget to have some fruits and vegetables as well since these are rich in sterols that are known to keep the cholesterol levels down. All of these products are affordable and can easily be purchased in the supermarket.

Aside from eating properly, you must also take the necessary precautions when consuming liquids. This means drinking a glass of red wine moderately, reducing the consumption of beer, drinking fresh juices, non-fat milk and water.

Apple juice for example has been known to reduce cholesterol levels by up to 50% when taken regularly. Other fruits can also do the same so cutting this and putting it into a blender can do the trick or getting this in bottled form.

The next step to lowering the cholesterol levels naturally is through exercise. This can be achieved in many ways like brisk walking, jogging or running around the neighborhood. Learning a new sport and doing it regularly is another option.

If you want to be looked after by a personal trainer you can check out the gym since there are professionals that can create a program to achieve your desired results. This will be a combination of cardio-vascular exercises as well as weight lifting to burn the calories and lower the cholesterol levels.

There is another way to reduce the cholesterol levels but is only used as a last resort if these two do not work. The individual will be required to use medicine to make it happen. There are a lot of products out there and studies have shown this can drop the cholesterol levels by as much as 15% to 30%.

The person should be aware though that these drugs have certain side effects so it is best to consult a doctor first to make sure it is safe to use or use herbal supplements, which are safer but just as effective as prescription medicine.

Cholesterol is something that is produced in the body as well as consumed in the foods we eat. The only way to make sure the levels in the blood doesn’t exceed the limit is to have a checkup regularly and watch the food that is being cooked or served in the restaurant.

Foods That Lower Cholesterol

By pinky, 25 May, 2010, 2 Comments

You’ve heard the saying, “We are what we eat.” This is so true since the food you consume may affect the cholesterol levels inside your system. This makes you prone to high blood pressure or heart disease through age, which could leave you paralyzed or dead.

The only thing to do before it’s too late is to make some changes in your diet. While many of the good stuff that people love to eat have high concentrations of LDL, better known as bad cholesterol, this can all change by consuming foods that have HDL or good cholesterol. Here are a few examples.

A good way to start a healthy diet is to have breakfast. Instead of eating bread, you can have oatmeal instead. Studies have shown this can lower the cholesterol in the body by more than 20% after just two weeks. This figure can go down some more if this becomes a habit before going to work.

It is tough to just have oatmeal in the morning. Sometimes, you can have a fruit. An example could be an apple. Studies have shown that people who eat at least 2 full apples a day or drink 12 ounces of apple juice are able to reduce the chances of heart diseases by 50%. This can be eaten anytime of the day as dessert after a light meal or as a snack.

During lunch or dinner, you should have some vegetables in the meal. Try fish or poultry instead of red meat. These dishes are not high in saturated fats, and are healthier.

If you love to cook at home try mixing some healthy ingredients in the meal. One example is garlic that has natural properties that can declog the arteries and again lower the odds of succumbing to heart disease.

Having a can of pork and beans is also good for the diet. This is because it contains soluble fibers that can combat the bad cholesterol in your body. There are not that many people who will do this but those who are able to eat even a half an onion daily will be able to increase the HDL and lower the LDL.

People are often told that fats are not good for the diet. This isn’t entirely true because this comes in many forms. There are fats that are healthy, such as unsaturated ones and omega 3 fatty acids.

Monosaturated and polysaturated ones are also effective since these are usually found in cooking oils. This means food preparation also plays a big factor in lowering your cholesterol levels.

You should read labels at the supermarket and read the ingredients to find out if this is healthy for cooking.

Being a bit overweight or noticing a lot of bulges in the body is one way of knowing that you are potentially at risk for succumbing to high levels of cholesterol in your system.

If your unable to make a proper dietary plan, a specialist can help make one so all you have to do is follow it.
