Fibroids Miracle Book Review

By pinky, 25 May, 2010, 3 Comments

Uterine Fibroids Miracle is the #1 best selling Uterine Fibroids Cure ebook in the history of the Internet for a reason…

Thousands of women of every age have completely cured their Uterine Fibroids condition and gained complete freedom from fibroids related symptoms naturally, without drugs, risky surgery or “magic potions,” simply by using the clinically proven, scientifically-accurate step by step method found inside this amazing Uterine Fibroids freedom guidebook.

Amanda Leto, a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author has not just pumped out yet another “anti-Uterine Fibroids program” into an already over-saturated market. Amanda’s Fibroids Miracle can be more accurately described as an “Fibroids Bible.” It is quite simply one of the most comprehensive, complete, and precise guides to Uterine Fibroids freedom you will ever read. What makes it so much different than other Uterine Fibroids publications on the market?

Well first of all, it’s not just a “Uterine Fibroids relief” program, it’s an Uterine Fibroids cure program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first, but once you’ve read just the first chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing “Uterine Fibroids relief” is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you’ve failed to stop and maintain your ‘Uterine Fibroids  free internal environment’. Fibroids Miracle shows you exactly why you should fix the internal problem that’s causing your Uterine Fibroids, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it.

Secondly, what makes Fibroids Miracle different is the amount of attention that is paid to each and every element required to achieve permanent freedom from Uterine Fibroids. Fibroids Miracle not only thoroughly discusses the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding a very confusing subject, it is simply the most detailed book about Uterine Fibroids, and holistic health ever written.

The Fibroids Miracle book is quite extensive (250 pages of rock solid content) which focuses on 100% natural Uterine Fibroids treatment. That means there aren’t recommendations for harsh prescription drugs with nasty side effects. In Uterine Fibroids Miracle core formula section (The 3 step system) – Nothing is held back. In this section, Amanda gives a detailed overview of each step, and then dives into the specifics in a perfect chronological order. There are also outstanding charts and checklists which make it very easy to know where you are at in the program and follow it.

Because the Fibroids Miracle program is not a quick fix ‘fairy tale’ cure but a complete holistic solution aimed at eliminating the root cause of Uterine Fibroids (regardless of their severity) and ensure your will permanently be fibroid-free, it does take work and persistence to complete. “The dictionary is the only place success comes before work” says Amanda, as she emphasizes the “no quick fix” philosophy behind the entire book.

If there is any drawback to the Fibroids Miracle ebook, it’s that it contains so much information, that some readers may find it a bit overwhelming. Those who are looking for a quick start type of Uterine Fibroids program, might be a bit intimated at first. The good part however, is that even these types of readers can feel confident and assured that it will be worth the effort because this will literally be the last book they ever have to buy on the subject.

Who will benefit most from Fibroids Miracle?

In the broadest sense, anyone and everyone who needs to cure their Uterine Fibroids and regain their natural inner balance will benefit from Fibroids Miracle. This ebook is honestly for everyone. Even women without Uterine Fibroids. This is a total health rejuvenation program better than 98% of the nutrition and alternative health books on the market. In fact, the advice in this ebook is guaranteed to help you with any other health condition you might have, especially if you suffer from hormonal disorders, digestive problems, insulin related disorders, allergies and acne.

In terms of graphic design, Fibroids Miracle is a clean and professionally formatted PDF e-book. It is well organized and ideal for printing and reading in the comfort of your own home.

This impressive and unique publication has changed many lives and the hundreds of inspiring testimonials and success stories are found on the Fibroids Miracle website archives as proof.

The Bottom line?

Anyone looking for a quick fix solution to Uterine Fibroids, anyone looking to be told fairy-tales, and anyone looking for a “magic bullet”, pills, over the counters, ‘Uterine Fibroids freedom in 2 days’ hyped up programs should not waste his or her time with Fibroids Miracle.

On the other hand, anyone searching for the truth about Uterine Fibroids and alternative health and who is ready and willing to put in some work and make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve Uterine Fibroids freedom, will find Fibroids Miracle to be one of the best investments they ever made in their lives. Natural Remedy For Hemorroids

By pinky, 20 May, 2010, 8 Comments

I wanted to alert you to something will afflict 40% of the adult population (or more) at some point of their lives. It’s called hemorrhoids or piles and it’s basically any form of vein inflammation around the lower rectal regions.

Blood on your toilet paper? Itching in your anus area? Pain during constipation? All of these are likely signs that you may have hemorrhoids and it’s no laughing matter – because although common, they can be annoying and embarrassing.

In the more severe stages, they can fall out like a lump outside your bottom. So what are some common mistakes that people make which contribute to developing this common condition? Even if you have these already, avoiding the following 3 mistakes can start relieving the problem gradually.

Mistake #1: Eating too much processed food

This can be a toughie for some people. However,.

Mistake #2: Sedentary lifestyle
it’s known that processed foods create harder stool and troubles in digestion. This creates constipation and other issues which can lead to hemorrhoids. The key here, especially when you are suffering and trying to cure hemorrhoids, is to lower your intake of processed sugars and foods
A lot of long term sitting can create additional pressure on the bottom area and this invokes the perfect environment for a hemorrhoid to occur if combined with a sharp force such as constipation or pregnancy (in women). The solution is to make sure you do not sit for over 1 hour at a time, and remember to do stretches that promote healthy blood flow.

Mistake #3: Intake of processed medication and creams

This creates the same potential problem as processed foods. Even many of the fiber supplements contain processed and artificial elements that can create side-effects elsewhere… and lastly they are not even attacking the root of the problem here.

The other downside of these creams which do no benefit is that they waste one’s time and the hemorrhoid can get worse over time if the root problem is not reversed.

So try to avoid these 3 mistakes and you will not be contributing to any worsening of hemorrhoids. It’s very important to understand these in our modern lifestyle of sedentary office work and processed, convenient diets.

So, now that you know what a raw food diet is all about, you need to decide, is it right for you? Well you don’t need to incorporate raw food 100% of the time. You can just eat more fruits and vegetables and no processed foods. Try drinking fruit juices until lunch time and then have a healthy veggie sandwich. For dinner, eat some blanched vegetables with a cooked meal with no meats.

When you gradually detoxify your body, you will see dramatic results. First, you will go through the detoxifing process, where you will feel tired, have headaches, skin eruptions, etc. Once you are over this, you will feel light, not dragged down, and energetic, among other things. You will have more mental clarity and therefore be more productive. Your body will feel cleansed, you will be able to treat disease and prevent new ones from forming. You will see a dramatic weight loss, for instance five pounds a week. You will also notice that you do not seem weighed down with colds or sicknesses because your immune system is much stronger. You will be saving money because you can either grow your vegetables or buy them at a farmers market.

Buying organic food will save the earth and provide agricultural support, which is much needed. You will also save time and money because you will not be in the kitchen cooking up a storm. You will not be eating animals, because these animals have been pumped with high hormones and that wouldn’t benefit you anyway, but instead toxify you. This in turn, puts an end to the torture in animal farming. You will not be plagued with depression, pms, or acne. In fact, your skin will be absolutely glowing, you will feel rejuvenated. This type of eating also slows the aging process. Your senses will be enhanced; you will be more flexible and fertile. You will be more creative, motivated, and also relaxed. You will focus more on relationships and be more environmentally attuned and inwardly attuned. What you will notice is an amazing spiritual awakening that you have never experienced. I think it’s totally amazing that foods can either make you sick or healthy. The choice is yours, so choose wisely.

Menopause And Weight Gain

By pinky, 2 May, 2010, No Comment

Talking to most women over 50 you will quickly find that menopause and weight gain are linked in their experience. It is very common to put on weight at this time and while some of this may be due to lifestyle changes, that does not explain why suddenly we develop a tendency to put on weight at different parts of the body, especially the abdomen, while any weight gained when we were younger tended to be centered on the hips.

The truth is that hormonal changes do have a part to play in this, although the process is not completely understood. At menopause a woman stops ovulating, her monthly menstruation periods end, and her body produces much lower levels of the female hormone estrogen which is responsible for the ovulation process. Low estrogen has been shown to cause weight gain in animals and it almost certainly is the reason why our bodies change shape. While women of childbearing age store fat in the lower body, after menopause they store it on the abdomen instead, like men. This leads to a greater risk of heart disease.

At the same time, both men and women tend to find muscle turning to fat as they grow older, and the metabolism slows down. This means that if you do not adjust your eating habits you will probably find that your weight increases. A person of 60 just does not need as many calories as a person of 40.

Hormone therapy with estrogen is sometimes prescribed to control menopausal symptoms. Many women will be surprised to hear that studies have shown that hormone therapy does not cause weight gain. Some women experience bloating and water retention in the early stages of hormone therapy but this is usually temporary and they have not gained any fat. Hormone therapy can reduce the risk of heart disease by preventing the changes in storage of body fat around the abdomen and lowering cholesterol. However, hormone therapy has been linked to an increased risk of breast cancer in some studies. You may want to consider a homeopathic alternative, such as phytoestrogen. You can find phytoestrogen creams or tablets at your local health food stores. Since it is made from natural, plant based sources, there are no harmful side effects and also help with premenopausal symptoms.

If you find that you are gaining weight around menopause, there are several things you can do.

- Eat a healthy, low fat diet with plenty of fiber, avoiding sugar.

- Take regular exercise. As people get older their physical activity levels naturally drop. Work often becomes less physically demanding, there are no kids to run around after, we take less active holidays and do things more slowly. 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day will help to balance out the effect of this.

- Maintain your muscle strength and mass. Use weights for arm muscles and walking or cycling for legs.

- Accept the changes to the shape of your body. If you are not overweight, but simply have a thicker waist and slimmer legs, that is fine.

Consult with your doctor before starting any exercise program if you have any medical conditions or your fitness levels are low. Your doctor can also help with symptoms of the menopause and weight gain.

Natural Remedies For Growing Back Hair

By pinky, 10 April, 2010, No Comment

Natural remedies for growing hair back can avoid some of the complications of transplants and other processes. Hair loss is something that happens to most men and many women but the process can be prevented, slowed or even reversed in some cases.

While transplants are the quickest way to replace lost hair, they do have some disadvantages. One is that they do not stop further hair loss. So for example, a man with a round balding patch at the crown who has transplants, will later probably develop a bald ring around the transplanted area as the hair loss spreads. The other main disadvantage is that unless you have a series of many treatments, people are likely to notice that you suddenly have more hair. They may think it is a hairpiece, toupee or wig.

Natural hair loss remedies come in various forms and the best results are likely to come from using more than one.

Massage

Scalp massage can stimulate hair growth where the loss is temporary or not severe, and can help to prevent further loss of hair. Gently massage the full scalp with your fingertips for about three minutes each day. Be careful not to scratch the scalp with your nails or damage any growing hair.

Massage with jojoba oil will provide the scalp with B and E vitamins plus many minerals that will give hair a boost. Jojoba oil is particularly effective if you have a tendency to skin problems such as dandruff, eczema and psoriasis, or oily hair.

A Chinese form of massage said to stimulate the follicles involves tapping the scalp with the fingers of both hands. Beginning in the middle of the base of the skull at the back, tap about 20 times then move the tapping slowly upward and outward around the ears. Then begin again at the back a little higher than where you started before. Repeat until you have covered the whole scalp, finishing at the front.

Nutrition and Vitamins

The hair requires a full balance of vitamins and minerals to grow healthily. Most of us do not get all that we need from our diets. Increasing your intake of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to around 10 varied portions a day will go a long way toward rectifying any deficiencies.

Make sure that you are getting enough of these nutrients in particular:

Vitamin A
All B vitamins, especially B6 and B12
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Zinc
Iron
Copper
Iodine
Essential fatty acids

You can track all of the nutrients in your diet with a free computer program such as the Cron-o-meter available from http://spaz.ca/cronometer

If any of the above nutrients are deficient in your diet you can either look for foods that contain more of them (best option) or take supplements, except for vitamin A which should always be supplied from food. The best food sources of vitamin A are orange and red vegetables such as carrots, pumpkin, red pepper, etc., or dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach.

Men should pay particular attention to the amount of zinc in their diet because it is very important for the prostate. It is vital to have enough, but too much can cause problems.

Herbal Remedies

Men may find the herbal treatment Saw Palmetto useful in treating hair loss. This is believed to have an action on the prostate which is involved in typical male pattern baldness. Be careful not to take too much because if the male hormones that lead to hair loss are reduced too far, he can develop man boobs.

Saw Palmetto may be useful for some women too but must not be taken with hormone therapy, oral contraceptives or any other medication that contains hormones.

Reduce Stress

Stress can cause hair loss and, therefore, anything you can do to reduce stress or anxiety in your life is likely to have a beneficial effect on your hair. Try meditation or practice relaxation techniques for 10 minutes each morning, preferably after exercise. Regular exercise will both reduce stress and create a healthier skin and scalp.

These solutions may help in cases for male pattern baldness and age-related hair loss in women. They do not constitute a health treatment or cure. If your hair loss is related to health problems or medication or has an unknown cause, it is best not to rely on natural remedies for growing hair back and you should see your doctor.

Bowels and Stomach Digestion

By pinky, 1 April, 2010, 5 Comments
Légumes
Image via Wikipedia

Many of the health benefits derived from a vegetarian diet have to do with creating a healthy environment in the bowels and stomach. Our digestive systems, from prehistory on, were designed to metabolize vegetable matter, more than animal products. Fruits, vegetables, legumes and nuts provide the kind of dietary fiber our digestive systems need to function properly. The Western diet that’s high in processed and refined flour and sugar, and in animal products that are laden with hormones and antibiotics, are actually anathema to our insides.

When the digestive system doesn’t function and work as it’s intended to, that leads to opportunistic diseases or changes in the DNA of cells in the stomach and colon. And there are more practical considerations as well. When we don’t get enough of the fiber we need, we incur a host of digestion and elimination problems, such as constipation and hemorrhoids that are a result of straining. These diseases and syndromes are much less evident in a vegetarian population than in a meat-eating population.

Other diseases of the bowel that occur less frequently in a vegetarian population include irritable bowel syndrome, and chronic ulcerative colitis, mostly likely due to the increased fiber content in a vegetarian diet. And of course a diet that’s higher in dietary fiber that comes from a vegetarian diet will decrease the likelihood or risk of colon cancer.

When you consider the risks that come with a diet that includes meat and animal products, and the benefits that come from a vegetarian diet, does the prospect of a steak or burger or bacon really sound that good to you? Doesn’t it at least make sense to reverse the portion sizes and proportions of meats to vegetables and side dishes? In other words, if you must continue to eat meat, then make meat your side dish, or just incidental to your meal, such as in a stir fry. Increasing the proportion of fruits and vegetables in your diet can only be good for you.

Nine Facts About Fiber

By pinky, 29 March, 2010, 1 Comment

If you’ve been looking for a way towards a high octane diet, you’ll find fiber to be exactly what you need.  Even though research has shown fiber to be powerful, many people aren’t taking this nutrient seriously.

To help you fuel your health with fiber, here are 10 facts to help.

1.  Fiber fights diseases.  A diet high in fiber can help to prevent colon cancer and heart disease.  High fiber helps the body to eliminate cholesterol by binding it in the digestive tract.  For thousands of years, fiber has been used to stop constipation.

2.  Fiber can actually help with overeating.  All high fiber foods will take longer to chew and digest, making you feel satisfied longer

3.  Most popular foods don’t have enough fiber.  If you like the more popular foods, you probably need to increase your intake of fiber.

4.  Grains offer the most fiber.  Dietary fiber is actually plant matter that we cannot digest.  The best sources are whole grains and concentrated grain products.

5.  Kids need fiber as well.  Children that are older than 2 years of age should consume a daily intake of fiber.  Kids are most receptive to fiber found in fruits, vegetables, and even fortified breakfast cereals.

6.  More fiber needs more water.  In order to keep fiber moving through your digestive tract, you’ll need to consume a lot of water.  With your diet of fiber, you’ll need eight or more glasses of water every day.

7.  Fiber cannot be cooked out.  When you cook your fruits and vegetables, don’t worry about cooking the fiber out, as it stays.  The fiber found in fruits and vegetables aren’t just in the skin or in the peel.

8.  You can get enough fiber.  If you eat more than 50 grams of fiber in a day, you can get diarrhea and bloating, which can interfere with your body’s absorption of other key minerals.

9.  Getting the right amount of fiber in your diet doesn’t have to be hard.  Even though you may think so, getting the amount of fiber you need isn’t very hard to do.  All you have to do is eat the right foods and you’ll be well on your way to a fiber rich lifestyle.

As one of the key ingredients to healthy eating, fiber is something you don’t want to skip.  Fiber can serve many different purposes, which were covered above.  If you aren’t getting enough fiber in your diet – you should do something about now instead of waiting until it is too late.

Why the Raw Food Diet Is Not A Fad Diet

By pinky, 22 March, 2010, 2 Comments

Humans have been eating fresh fruit, vegetables, and nuts 10-50,000 yrs or more before we discovered fire, tools and implement to kill animals.

Eating raw fruits and vegetables isn’t the new fad diet, or the new South Beach Diet.  Believe it or not, humans have been eating this way long before they were eating processed junk foods.  We didn’t have access to most types of foods.  We were scavengers, picking fruits and eating vegetables were a delicacy.  Nuts were also eaten for protein.  It was either that or starve.  Humans ate these fruits as is, no additives, no cooking.  One and a half million years ago we learned how to cook.  So for a half million years we ate the food raw, as it was intended.  We are the only animals on the planet that cook their food.  Eating meat doubled the caloric intake of man, which made it easier to hunt and have enough energy to do what needs to be done.

Today, we have access to every type of food we want at our fingertips.  We can order Oolong tea (which must be handpicked on cliffs in china) from the internet.  You would think that since we have come this far, we would be super human, so healthy we would be living 500 years.  Not so unfortunately.  In fact, in some ways we actually have worse health now.  Some of us are developing cancers at an early age.  Some of us are dying of heart disease or obesity.  We are not eating correctly.  We are stuffing our face with hydrogenated oils, fake products, high sodium and sugary foods.  It is simply disgusting.  We are gaining weight at an alarming rate and looking horribly.  It shows in the skin, sags of fat, sluggish attitude, depressed look, lack of sexual drive, etc.  I wonder how long we would live if we adapted the diet of the Japanese.

What people need to realize is that eating fat free or sugar free foods isn’t going to help.  It isn’t going to help if you stuff your face with snack wells instead of Oreo’s.  What will help is to completely change what you eat.  Remember, you are what you eat, so eat the right things and it will show in your body, mind and spirit.

Vegan and Raw Food Restaurants

By pinky, 17 March, 2010, No Comment

One of life’s great pleasures is going out to eat and trying new restaurants and dishes. This holds true for raw food and vegan restaurants too! There are, believe it or not, more than 5000 natural foods restaurants in the U.S. alone. Predictably many of these restaurants are in major markets and in college towns. You might not live in an area where you can visit a natural foods restaurant regularly, but if you’re traveling, do some research and see where there might be a natural foods place to visit. Here are a few notable restaurants around the country:

Delights of the Garden has gained amazing popularity in Washington, DC, considering that city is a haven of power lunches between lobbyists and the like. It features a cool-looking cafe with raw and cooked vegan favorites.

Arnold’s Way is located outside Philadelphia, PA in the Bucks County town of Lansdale. They have a raw café and also have classes in raw foods preparation.

Au Lac in Fountain Valley, California serves 7-course raw dinners, although you want to call in advance to give the chefs time to prepare.

Café Gratitude has two locations in San Francisco and one in Berkeley.

Quntessence in Manhattan features an all raw menu, all organic, salads, fresh juices, soup, guacamole, essene bread, almond shakes, and more.

Dining in the Raw in Key West, Florida features macrobiotic, vegan and raw foods.

The Organic Garden in Beverly, Massachusetts is a living and raw foods restaurant.

Suzanne’s Vegetarian Bistro in Miami, FL has a daily raw soup on its menu.

Enzyme Express in Anchorage, Alaska is a raw foods restaurant.

Golden Temple in Birmingham, Alabama is a vegetarian restaurant that features a juice bar.

These are just a few raw foods restaurants in some likely (and unlikely!) cities. Many cities have magazines with restaurants listed by categories.
